There's nothing as spectacular as watching a thunderstorm roll in on the dry Australian landscape, which could explain why I've just spooked myself by watching William Phuoc's video of a bolt striking just 200m from where they were photographing. [PetaPixel] More »

Funny Book Bed Not To Forget About Reading
Reading and sleeping have a strong connection because we always read in bed. Japanese designer Yusuke Suzuki decided to reflect this connection in his Book Bed. Today usual books are often substituted by e-books so it’s a nice way to not to forget the real books. Actually this bed is for a children’s room but it’s normal if a grown up places it in his or her room. If you place it in the children’s room, the kids will be able to play with it as the sheets can be turned as in a usual book. It’s convenient if you have two kids then there will be beds for both of them. A bed, a playground that reminds of reading to your kids – isn’t it great?
